...In an effort to limit on-street parking in residential neighborhoods
bordering the University of Florida campus, city officials,
neighborhood associations and homeowners have worked together
to redesign the procedure for obtaining neighborhood parking
permits. Instead of being issued one decal per car, residents
in two of the five designated zones now will be issued a certain
number of decals per property...
